What chiropractors miss in Hawaii
- Physiotherapy modalities need board approval, and new applicants must pass the NBCE Physiotherapy exam.
- Practicing before the license issues can itself be grounds to deny the application.
Can a chiropractor licensed in another state get a Hawaii license by endorsement?
Hawaii has no reciprocity agreements, but the statute gives licensed DCs an alternative exam set: NBCE Parts I, II, III, Physiotherapy and SPEC with a license in good standing elsewhere (Parts I, II, Physiotherapy and SPEC if licensed before 1989). SPEC replaces Part IV.
- Endorsement route available
