Who we serve
White Glove Chiropractic handles licensing for chiropractors, from a first license to licenses in additional states, plus registrations for chiropractic assistants. There is no chiropractic licensure compact, so every state is its own license. Payer enrollment and billing are handled by our White Glove sister teams.
Getting licensed in another state
Chiropractic Licensure Readiness Review
$149 one-time
Before you pay a board anything: for each state you want, whether you qualify by endorsement or need the exam route, checked against your years in practice, the NBCE parts you passed, your degree date and any SPEC or jurisprudence requirement. Credited in full toward your license application if you go ahead.
License by Endorsement
$499 per state
For states that license chiropractors already licensed elsewhere without retaking the national boards, usually after a set number of years in practice. We confirm the route fits your file, send your NBCE scores and verifications, and file the application.
Full State License Application
$749 per state
For first licenses, applicants who do not meet a state's endorsement conditions, and states that evaluate the whole file. We screen your degree, NBCE parts and physiotherapy exam against the state's list before you pay a non-refundable fee, then file and carry the board correspondence.
Exams and add-ons
Jurisprudence & State Law Exam Support
$249 per state
Most states test applicants on their own chiropractic law and rules. We register you, prepare you on that state's practice act and board rules, and file the result.
SPEC Exam Pathway Support
$299 one-time
Some states require the NBCE's Special Purposes Examination for Chiropractic for endorsement, reinstatement or an older degree. We confirm whether you need it, register you and plan the application around it.
Scope Add-On Registration
$249 per registration
Some states require a separate certification or registration for services such as dry needling or acupuncture. We prepare and file the registration once you have completed the training the state requires.
Chiropractic Assistant Registration
$99 per assistant
In states that license, register or certify chiropractic assistants, we file the paperwork for your staff alongside your own license.
Renewals
Annual Renewal & CE Compliance
$299 per license, per year
Every chiropractic license renews on its own date with its own continuing-education rules. We keep one calendar for all of them, log CE against each state's requirements and file ahead of every deadline.
Document & Logistics Support
Fingerprint Coordination
$75–$150 per state
Scheduling and routing of fingerprint-based background checks, including out-of-state hard-card processing where a board will not accept a Live Scan from elsewhere.
Notarization & Identity Verification
$75 flat
Coordination of notarized affidavits and identity verification where a board requires them in wet-ink or remote-online form.
Courier & Rush Document Handling
$50–$150
Tracked courier handling for sealed transcripts, notarized forms, and anything a board insists on receiving on paper before a meeting cutoff.
Important Fee Notice
(Prices above do not include the following)
The prices listed above are our service fees only. Costs paid directly to third parties are set by the boards, NBCE and FCLB and change from time to time, so we confirm them at intake:
- State license and application fees: vary by board, are non-refundable, and are charged again at each renewal.
- NBCE fees: for score transcripts sent to a new board, and for the SPEC or a state exam NBCE administers.
- Jurisprudence exam fees: where a state charges separately for its own law exam.
- FCLB and verification fees: such as a CIN-BAD report and license verifications from boards you have held licenses with.
- Official transcripts: charged by your chiropractic college; most boards require them sent directly.
- Fingerprinting: state vendor fees, and more for out-of-state hard-card processing.
