What chiropractors miss in Illinois
- Chiropractic physicians are licensed under the Medical Practice Act by the same board and division that license MDs and DOs.
- The division checks every endorsement applicant's discipline history through FCLB's CIN-BAD databank.
- An NBCE part failed more than five times disqualifies the applicant.
Can a chiropractor licensed in another state get a Illinois license by endorsement?
A DC with an active license elsewhere applies by endorsement with certification from the original and current states, a chiropractic transcript, NBCE Parts I–IV and a live scan fingerprint check. The rule sets no minimum years; anyone out of practice for two years must show professional capacity.
- Endorsement route available
