What chiropractors miss in Missouri

Can a chiropractor licensed in another state get a Missouri license by endorsement?

A DC applying on the basis of a current license in another state submits verification from that state, and transcripts and NBCE scores are not required unless the board asks. The jurisprudence exam and a state and FBI background check still apply. The board reports it may require SPEC when the other state's standards are not equivalent.
