What chiropractors miss in New Hampshire
- Every application, endorsement included, needs two references from practicing DCs; for a DC trained within the last 5 years, at least one must know the applicant in a supervisory capacity.
- The rules still date license expiration to July 1 of odd years under a repealed section (RSA 316-A:19); renewal now follows RSA 310, so confirm the current date with the board.
Can a chiropractor licensed in another state get a New Hampshire license by endorsement?
Endorsement requires a current license elsewhere, 3 consecutive years of active practice in that jurisdiction within the last 5, and the NBCE parts in force when first licensed: Parts I and II, Part III if licensed after 1990, Part IV if after 1996. The New Hampshire jurisprudence exam and two DC references are also required.
- Endorsement route available
- 3 years of practice required

Which exams does New Hampshire require?
NBCE Parts I–IV must be passed before applying, with scores sent directly by NBCE. The board mails a written jurisprudence exam on RSA 316-A and its rules, returned within 20 days with a score of at least 70 percent.
- NBCE Parts I–IV
- State jurisprudence exam
How often does a New Hampshire chiropractic license renew?
The board rules set a biennial renewal with 20 CE hours from ACA, ICA, PACE or chiropractic-college sources. The statute words the 20 hours as completed within one year before renewal, so keep certificates dated inside that window.
- Renews every 2 years
- 20 CE hours per cycle
