What chiropractors miss in Ohio

Can a chiropractor licensed in another state get a Ohio license by endorsement?

A DC licensed in another state is licensed through Ohio's universal recognition law, Chapter 4796. The statute sets one year of licensure and practice in one of the last five years, while board rule 4734-6-02 still asks for five consecutive years; confirm which the board applies. Endorsement applicants take the jurisprudence exam and an FBI and BCI fingerprint check.
